These terms govern your use of Vidhi, a free platform offering mock tests for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) at aibemock.onestoplegally.com. By using Vidhi, you agree to them.
What Vidhi is (and isn’t)
Vidhi is a study and practice tool for exam preparation. It is not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Bar Council of India or the official All India Bar Examination. Every question is anchored to the text of the relevant bare Act and checked for accuracy, but Vidhi is a practice aid — we do not guarantee any particular exam result, and you should always refer to the official statutes and sources.
Using the service
You may use Vidhi for your own exam preparation. Please don’t misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, access it in unauthorised ways, or copy its content for commercial redistribution.
Your account
Signing in is optional and only used to save your scores. You are responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure, since that is how you sign in.
Availability
Vidhi is provided free of charge and “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
