Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Nothing, if you just take a test. You can attempt the mock tests without signing in, and we do not require any personal details to do so.
• If you sign in(to save your progress): your email address. If you use “Continue with Google,” Google shares your email and basic profile (name and profile picture) with us.
• Your test activity: the attempts you complete and their scores, so we can show them on your dashboard.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as your browser type and approximate request information) generated automatically when any website is visited.

How we use your information

We use it only to run the service — to sign you in, save and display your scores and progress, keep Vidhi secure, and improve the questions and experience. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate Vidhi, and share only what is needed for them to do their job:

• Supabase — secure authentication and database (stores your account and attempts).
• Vercel — hosting of the website.
• Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

If you sign in, we use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in on your device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and attempt history for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below, and we will do so.

Children

Vidhi is intended for law graduates preparing for the AIBE and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
